EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY – May 29, 2025

Due to the extreme dry conditions and the increased risk of wildfires, the RM of Humboldt No. 370 is implementing a fire advisory until further notice.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Open fires of any kind (including fire pits, burn barrels and campfires)
• Use of fireworks
• Burning of garbage, crop residue or brush
• Any other outdoor burning activities

Permitted activities:

• CSA approved propane or natural gas appliances such as BBQs and camp stoves, provided they are used with caution and non-flammable surfaces.

This advisory is in place to protect lives, property and the environment.

Non-compliance may result in fines or other penalties.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding, This advisory will remain in effect until conditions improve, and further notice is provided.
