The RM of Humboldt No. 370 Is a rural municipality located in Central Saskatchewan and was established in 1913. It has a land base of approximately 522 square km and a population of 961as of the 2021 census.

The RM Office and shop are located on the North side of the City of Humboldt at 919-14th Avenue.

The RM has 3 bulk water stations; Marysburg has potable drinking water, Fulda has a deep private well, Carmel has hygienic water.
